Present the Opportunity
After completing the TSB Provider Presentation and reviewing potential reimbursement and clinical benefits, explain that the next step is to formalize interest through an LOI. “This is not a binding contract—it’s simply a statement that you're interested in using the products and working with TSB so we can begin aligning the proper support and registration.”
Highlight the Purpose of the LOI
  • Identify the provider's preferred graft type (e.g., single, double, or multilayer)
  • Confirm their billing method (in-house or through All In Won Med-Bill)
  • Lock in concierge support for patient eligibility, documentation, and IVR submission
  • Begin clinical literature tailoring to match the provider’s wound types and graft preferences

  • Walk them through each field
  • Ensure they select graft preferences
  • Confirm NPI and location info
  • Clarify which billing model they prefer
  • Let them know they will not be charged or obligated—this is to ensure internal compliance and enable concierge setup.
